Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a proven track record of driving results through various digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance our online presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Utilize IT solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
2. Online Presence Management:
• Oversee and optimize the company's online presence, including website content, SEO strategies, and user experience.
• Implement web analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance.
3. Data Analytics and Insights:
• Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
4. Marketing Technology Integration:
• Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology solutions, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality across various marketing platforms.
5. Digital Advertising:
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.
6. Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing social media activities.
7. Email Marketing:
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including template design, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Implement marketing automation to enhance email campaign efficiency.
8. Content Marketing:
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant digital content for various channels.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with target audiences.
9. Mobile Marketing:
• Optimize marketing strategies for mobile devices, including mobile-friendly content and app-based campaigns.
• Stay informed about mobile marketing trends and technologies.
10. E-commerce Support:
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize online shopping experiences and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales.
11. Performance Monitoring:
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing technology.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Experience with web development and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing and IT are advantageous.
